The tablecloth items received are of very good quality. The printing of logo is of excellent quality and size. My dining table is unusually long and thin, so standard cloths do not fit very well. I was able to specify exactly the right measurements and everything worked out perfectly. Brilliant !!!

- Lead time is ok (8 days for 2 tables cloths and table runners); they do offer an expedited processing time for a charge if your order is urgent (which I used for a previous order and was very efficient). In any case, they give you clear guidelines as to how long it will take, and actual lead time + delivery is within their stated timeline, so no complaints whatsoever
- Good communication (they send you an email when your order is ready to be shipped)
- Delivery charge of £8.50 (lowest charge) is a bit steep; this would be the same order of magnitude as the cost of the order if you order only 1 table cloth; they should offer more flexibility, e.g. with more choices of courier, e.g. with Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, etc, and different delivery times (e.g. next day, 3-5 days, etc) depending on how urgent your order is, and also depending on weight, especially given that products are not particularly fragile. This is the only reason for my removing one star (4 stars out of 5).

Overall very good experience with a good supplier; happy customer; this is my second order with them. I would come back if I have any further needs, and would have no hesitation in recommending tablecloths.co.uk

Easy to order and quality consistent-happy customer

I struggled to find 1-piece tablecloths for my big table, but direct linen had a huge range that covered everything I was looking for.

I bought 6 large table cloths and 24 napkins - all while spun polyester. They had to ship them from UK to Australia. Got my tracking link the same day and they arrived in a week.

1 of the table cloths had a flaw in the material. I sent pictures and they immediately sent a replacement (which I have since received) at no cost.

The quality and fit of the tablecloths were perfect, however I found the postage costs very expensive (£28 for two very small and 1 medium sized cloth) just because I live in the Channel Islands!

The quality of the goods and the finish, exceeded my expectations particularly when looking at the price. Delivery timely. Will use again.
