If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered two tablecloths before Christmas, measuring the tabletop as they instructed and adding a request for a drop in accordance with their website instructions. The tablecloths arrived in good time but were the wrong size as they didn't include a drop. I have been trying to obtain a refund or revised order since and have been ghosted by the company. They do not answer emails or phone calls.

Returned to Express Tablecloths for a heat pad and replacement vinyl table cloth all to fit a cassinian oval table. Excellent fit, delivered so quick. An excellent company.

Excellent quality. Speedy service. There was a mix up with my order which they resolved quickly and sent me a replacement cover at no extra cost to myself. Definitely recommend them

Excellent communication and help pre-order. The team are very friendly. My order arrived quickly, on the day we agreed and looks amazing. No hesitation in recommending this company.

I have never received a service like this, I ordered the items Thursday afternoon and they were delivered Friday morning, I only paid for standard delivery. The tablecloth and napkins are of beautiful quality and a reasonable price. Will definitely be using this company again

Ordered at 1pm and it was delivered at 9.30 the next morning ! The tablecloth and napkins look nice, I haven't washed them yet though hopefully they'll sail through that with no issues.

I needed nice tablecloths for a special occasion and found this company by chance. The choice of fabrics is huge, the ordering process is very simple but when I had a query I sent a web form. I had a call the following morning, the queries were resolved and the items ordered. To my delight the goods were received on Friday. Beautiful cloths, fantastic service.

Fantastic service and lovely item

Very impressed with this company. Courier lost my parcel and the supplier replaced my order immediately and free of charge. The tablecloth is excellent quality for the price. I can't recommend high enough. One very happy customer, thank you.

Absolutely brilliant service from initial qeb site enquiry, order placement to receiving the table cloth...actually around 24 hours!

Beware no returns and very poor colour matches to real item. I missed the small lozenge that said order samples. the Seafoam green on Damask Rose material is completely different to the web photo. It's bright green!! A waste of £30!!

Alan was extremely helpful and went the extra mile. Quality is great and delivery was fast, even for custom made item. Thoroughly impressed.

After having searched suppliers to provide an usual shaped dining table for a tablecloth to fit - I contacted Express to ask for help. 5 stars is not enough of a rating they provided a unique service providing exactly what was needed, so quickly at a very reasonable cost.

Our table protector still curls up in the corners after weeks of trying to flatten it. Not cheap at over £40 for an ordinary table.

Our fourth protector over the years - others from other suppliers have had no problems at all.

My made to measure order arrived very quickly and the quality of the tablecloths and napkins is excellent. There was an error with order but the correct replacements were received the following day! Can't recommend the Customer Service highly enough.
