What a truly brilliant company. So amazingly helpful on tablecloth size required. Unfailingly informative, friendly and efficient . Super swift delivery. Nothing is too much trouble. We have bought three tablecloths from them recently and they have all been brilliant. Quality is top notch. Highly recommended.

Great customer service. We bought a beautiful rose damask table cloth in Sandalwood. Colour true to photos on web. Excellent quality and finish. Delivery was very quick with our order arriving within 48 hours. We also bought a table guardian which was the wrong size. Quickly rectified. Will buy again.

I ordered a new made to measure tablecloth one afternoon and was astonished that it arrived within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I could not remove some creases so contacted the firm and included a photograph. I received an almost immediate reply with an apology and promise of an upgraded product. The replacement arrived the following day in perfect condition and the company also added a couple of sets of free napkins.

Great to receive such brilliant service when ting go slightly wrong. I will certailny use the company again.

Received order the day after placing. Unfortunately tablecloth was wrong size. After one email they apologised and issued a new one which again was received the day after. Excellent customer service and excellent quality.

Absolutely fabulous customer service. I called them before placing an order just to check what kind of hems I should choose and Ali was so so helpful. I chose standard shipping and my runners arrived the next morning. They were beautiful but sadly the fabric didn't lie flat on the table. I called Ali and he made more in a different fabric (without me asking) and expedited delivery so they arrived the next day all at no charge. Honestly - if they made everything else I use clothes, household goods, cars ,,, they would be my one stop shop.

Excellent company with wonderful. customer service. I ordered 3 different tablecloths one of which was the wrong colour by mistake. They were really helpful and were very happy to put it right for me. All I needed to pay for was the postage. The replacement is perfect thank you.

I ordered some napkins which arrived today. They were not expensive but still a nice quality. The company also gave me extra napkins as a goodwill gesture. Much appreciated.

Ordered an outdoor large round tablecloth . This was made to measure . When it arrived I was so pleased with the design and quality of the wipe clean product. When I put it on the table I noticed a small flaw so I contacted them and there customer service was excellent , our problem was resolved with no issue, would highly recommend .
