After a tragedy ordering goods from Direct Linen - after a lot of rudeness and arguments, after finally settling we ordered a replacement plus some tablecloths from Express.

Sometimes in life it's not always about price, it's about professional advice, customer service, honesty and quality assurance, So when we experienced a disastrous dining room fire on Christmas Day 2021 we were tasked with finding a bespoke furniture repairer and table linen supplier. How lucky we were to find Express Tablecloths just twenty minutes from our home and from our first meeting with Alan and Ali we were impressed enough to place an order for Table Protector, Table Runner, Table Cloth, Place Mats and Napkins.
True to their word our order was ready to collect just two days later and the quality is exceptional. We are delighted to recommend Express Tablecloths and have already informed our friends and family about them. PS. Their prices are also very reasonable too.

Express Tablecloths are one of the few companies to offer tablecloths for Cassinian Oval shaped tables (straight centre, rounded ends). They sent out a generous number of swatches to choose the fabric and colour. We ordered a made-to-measure table cloth online, received an e-mail confirmation by about 10:30 am and the table cloth was delivered less than 24 hours later. Amazing service, and and excellent product. I cannot recommend them too highly.

Outstanding customer service from Natalie and Alan. I am not proud to say that I am quite a demanding customer, so when the courier did not deliver to the right address I raised this with Express and they were onto it. They didn’t stop for 2 days (sending out new order, chasing courier, keeping me up to date on their efforts). I genuinely have never come across a more service orientated company. The delivery problems were entirely down to a particular delivery UPS driver so I doubt you will ever have the same problems. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Lovely staff.

We were extremely impressed with this service. We had been looking for the right tablecloths for some time. We bought one and then bought another two. They came the following day. The phone was answered immediately and helpfully when I rang with a query. The quality is good and I am sure washes well. Can’t recommend this firm highly enough.

About a month ago I found this company quite by chance during an internet search and am so pleased that I did! I ordered two tablecloths for my non-standard sized kitchen table and am delighted with both the quality and the service provided. I ordered online and 15 minutes later received a call from Alan to confirm with me that I had given the measurements correctly (I hadn't allowed for the 'drop'). Two days later, my tablecloths arrived, are exactly what I wanted and have been in use every day since. The material washes and dries beautifully - and doesn't need ironing! I can highly recommend this company.

What a fantastic service ! I ordered a very large cloth which arrived in a couple of days. Fabric was lovely, draped very well and the colour exactly as I expected. However, there was a small dirty mark on it. I telephoned Express on a Friday afternoon, they were so helpful and a replacement cloth arrived on Monday !! I was amazed and delighted by both the cloth and the customer service. Thank you Express.

A Christmas miracle! I ordered two made to measure table cloths yesterday and they have arrived at 9 am this morning! They are perfect, good value for money too and I am still in disbelief at the amazing service offered by this company. Would highly recommend.

Having ordered a bespoke, very large tablecloth I have to say I was a bit worried when I received such quick notification that my order was on its way! I needn't have worried, the tablecloth and runner is a perfect fit and looks amazing. I wish I had found this company years ago rather than struggle with ill fitting and sometimes 2 overlapping cloths. Brilliant value for money. The UPS box had clearly been thrown around a bit but the cloth was careful folded and none the worse for its travels.

An excellent experience from start to finish. The original online order was quickly followed by a phone call from the vendor to clarify details and this, in turn, rapidly led to the tablecloth being made and dispatched. An unbelievably fast and efficient service and the finished product met all expectations in terms of colour and fit.

I had excellent service from this company. Customer service was outstanding in tracking a missed delivery. I am delighted with my tablecloth as well very unusual size, and made up perfectly. Can highly recommend this company
