You called to raise an issue with one of the bulbs on one of your alarms; we offered to get this fixed, or replaced if necessary, but you wanted to send back the entire set of alarms for a full refund 5 months after you purchased them!? We are more than happy to sort any issues you have with your alarm bulb, but we can’t take back an entire set of Neville's on the strength of a small faulty component on one of the alarms.
