I was 100% happy with the performance. This was a big move, into a 5 story terrace and they ahndled everything that came their way - from drum kits to surfboards to piano to sofas and beds.

Team arrived on time and was punctual and polite. They worked very quickly and over our 2-day move were able to get everything done with time to spare, all while being careful with our belongings. We would certainly recommend Tactical to others.

I've never had anyone pack my possessions before and the Tactical Move team were excellent, efficient, unflustered and packed my whole five bedroom house and moved us (me and my children and 2 cats) into a flat in just 3 days. And they put up all the desks and beds. Brilliant. I'll never go back to packing or moving myself.

Tactical Moves were recommended to us by a friend who had used them a few years ago. They thought they were brilliant and now so do we! Really friendly and professional, plus flexible when it came to booking because we had to exchange at short notice with short period between exchange and completion. Their team took great care with our stuff and packed it all up very efficiently and marked boxes clearly for us for the new house. They really couldn’t have been any better, and took so much of the hassle and workload out of moving especially as we have two young children. We hired Tactical Moves to help us move home from Ealing to Surrey. From the outset, it was very prompt and professional service - starting with Damian's visit to our property to provide the quotation to getting all our items into the new home. The team were courteous, timely, and happy to adapt to little changes. They packed everything very efficiently, and get everything into the new home (along with assembling furniture) super quick too. Joe and his team on the day of the packing and moving are to be particularly commended. Highly recommended!

Tactical Moves are a brilliant company to work with. Today we were moving a load from the sixth floor of a central London location to West London with fragile items included. From the outset Damian offered a swift and highly competitive quotation. There were several changes to the plan from our side along the way and in each instance Damian was responsive and flexible. The removal team arrived very promptly this morning led by Joe who was remarkably efficient and just so helpful. The temperature topped 34 degrees but the team of three simply delivered the best possible service with a fabulous attitude. This is our second experience with Tacticsl Moves and we would recommend them very highly indeed. Thank you Damian, Joe and the whole Tactical Moves team! Superb.

Had a very unpleasant experience with the driver. He stopped at the pedestrian crossing blocking a way for a father with a pram. After pointing this out instead of apologising the driver started to be rude and tried to make fun of it. Disgusting

Tactical definitely has a ‘can do attitude’! We weren’t able to book our move until the last minute and tactical were professional yet flexible and made it work. When we were then delayed mid move they managed to accommodate us and move us in on time. A difficult situation was made easier by them.

Honestly, can't thank these guys enough great price and very professional. Hired 3 guys and a Luton to move out of upstairs flat in Ealing to Surrey so a lot of stairs awkward comers etc and not one item or wall damaged super hard working and very polite. Thanks again Tactical Moves.

Damian and his team saved my bacon, and I cannot thank him enough times for the incredible job he did. I was genuinely stressed after having been let down seriously by a different company. I called Damian at 10am, and he had 3 of his team, with a van and all the packing gear, at my flat by noon.

They then set about like a co-ordinated whirlwind and completed everything from a standing start by noon the next day. I'm still frazzled at the memory of how close I was to a meltdown, but that memory ends with a warm glow of utter relief at having been rescued by Damian.

His team are proper professionals - efficient, thorough, energetic, polite and utterly first class. Moreover, Damian is a no-nonsense, hands-on guy who knows his job, properly knows his job. His communication is clear, and boy does he keep to a promise and a schedule. Totally best in class.

I will happily recommend Tactical Moves again and again.
