One of the most impressive companies I’ve come across, everything from the product quality, customer service, delivery was fast considering it came from the UK

My experience with this boutique was amazing. Their items were excellent prices and unique designs. And I got a personal email from them the day after my order was placed. Additionally they upgraded my shipping for free. They are kind and wonderful and I will certainly be purchasing from them again!

My bonnet fits comfortably and perfectly well. I’ve been looking for a silk bonnet for ages for my hair and where better to get it from than a black owned business? I’ve been doing nothing but investing in black owned businesses lately and honestly it’s a real life changer. Like my entire perspective of life has honestly changed. My first thought is always “Is it black owned?” Lol! Also thank you! The product has arrived wonderfully and safely neatly packaged. It got here safe and sound, fits perfectly and comfortably around my head. At first I didn’t like to use bonnets cause they always came off my head (I was a rookie don’t judge me lol, I always used head scarfs), but it was just too small. Now I have an actual fitting one! This is so amazing, thank you so much! I do plan to order from you all soon!! :)

Taelor Boutique has gone above and beyond what is called normal customer service. I had ordered items from this company that after months, I still hadn't received. The customer service kept in touch to find out if I had received the items. After so long, the issue was bumped up to a superior. Not only was I credited my money back, but she also sent the items I never received anyway. By the way, the items were awesome and I was very pleased with the quality. This is the kind of service all companies should introduce to their employees. Taelor Boutique made me feel important and special.

as a man with Afro hair i always thought it was hard to get things that work for my hair but all the styles of the durags and wave caps the service was great. Even though i joked around acting a bit silly he took it by the shoulder and helped anyway. i definitely recommend this site to any one with type 3 to my type 4 hair.

Iam very happy with my order. I have chosen the bonnet and durag matching set in 2 different colours. Have them delivered so fast. I am amazed with the quality of the product and will reorder more colours. Definitely gonna recommend them. And the customer service is great.

I ordered well over a month ago and still haven’t received my order. I sent an email to the company, now they’re saying they resent it from the UK. So now I’m gonna get double of what I ordered in probably 2 more months!

Turned out just as expected. Good quality product.

I was aware there would be a delay due to COVID-19, any questions I had about my product were answered and the quality is amazing. I was worried about the fading on the jeans but 7 washes in and they look brand new! Great product & great service!

I’m giving one star because my product did arrive. However, it took over TWO MONTHS for my full order to arrive and over ONE MONTH for the first half to arrive. Btw I only order two hats. I DID reach out on multiple occasions to inquire. Telling your customer the same thing over and over, “it’s on it’s way” isn’t enough. Be honest. Yes the website says delayed shipping but it says a couple of weeks delayed, not two months. It would’ve been nice to have a heads up.
