I received the package and I’m so excited to wear the matching set with my boyfriend. I just wanted to say thank you, I love the quality of both the products and I’m more than surprised at how quick it got to the UK. I will definitely be purchasing from here again.

Do NOT order from this company

If I could give them no stars I would. My experience with them has been terrible. I have been waiting for my shipment for over one month. They have not once reached out to me to update me on the status (even if there is none). Instead, I have to hound them. When asked if I could receive a refund they declined. I ordered one item so honestly it has not been worth it. At this point I am not even looking forward to the item as this experience has been so bad. They showed have forewarned customers about their issues with shipping on their website. They only posted it numerous weeks into this pandemic fully knowing that shipping would be delayed (or so they claim). That is dishonest and does not imitate equitable business practices. Shame on you.

Amazing customer service and quality

I’m glad to be able to support you guys, I really hope the people I know will place some orders too. You guys truly have the best customer service I’ve ever seen and have such great quality products.

I can’t imagine how difficult it is to be running a business at this moment in time but thank you for still working hard!!

My man still has the first durag we bought from this site a year ago and it still looks brand new even after being worn and washed many times.

I will be back!! :)

I just received my package, I bought 3 matching durag & bonnet sets... It took over 2 months to receive it, which I understood due to COVID-19 it had a huge affect on it but, the people of Taelor Boutique were super nice & responded quickly when I had an issue of where my package was. I am extremely happy w/ my purchase, my boyfriend is absolutely obsessed w/ his durags & super happy to finally have my hair under control as we sleep. I wouldnt change anything about you guys just maybe the shipment updates, they didn't update regularly like I was under the impression they would. I will definitely be ordering more in the future but when the COVID-19 is gone just so I dont have a long wait. Thank you so much for your kindness & great quality of the products!

My orders took forever to come in

My orders took forever to come in, they did keep in contact with me with my orders though. They also did give me a refund for one of my durag sets as well. I just received them in the mail and the set that i ordered said the durags were silk & velvet material only. However when i opened them up the tags on both say “100 % polyester” the material is very poor. Will probably not buy from here again, due to the poor quality & how long it took in general.

No longer disappointed

I had a negative review and the company got back to me immediately to help me fix the situation and arranged a plan. Also apologized and understood where I was coming from. I love the stuff on this site and happy to purchase more once shipping is ready.

First time customer

First time ordering, their products are fireee and even though delivery took a little longer than expected but they kept me informed the whole way and made me feel super comfortable and reply really fast. Customer service is A++++ I will be back.

Tale or boutique is bad business there…

Tale or boutique is bad business there packages are always late. Mine never even came and they never sent my money Back either , I’m so upset. This was very unprofessional and I will never shop here again and neither should any of you guys.

We sincerely apologise for your bad experience with us and we're doing all we can to ensure issues like this never come up but from your 1 order we don't think we should be classed as always late or unprofessional but you're entitled to your opinion.
