Passione, tradizione e tanto amore per le cose buone, sono il fil rouge che mi ha condotto nella creazione di questa attività; una vera avventura densa di ricordi. Ricordi oramai lontani ma altrettanto cosi cari dei periodi di festa, quando da bambino aiutavo mia nonna e mia madre nella preparazione della pasta fatta in casa. La scelta accurata delle materie prime e i gesti ripetuti con tanta saggezza per creare tortellini, lasagne e strichetti, fanno sorgere sul mio volto un sorriso ogni volta che ci penso. Proprio questi ricordi felici di quando ero bambino e la volontà di mantenere la tradizione della pasta fatta in casa mi ha spinto a creare e vendere i miei prodotti tutti realizzati in Italia proprio come quelli che vedevo usare da bambino. Ancora oggi in famiglia usiamo gli stessi strumenti e seguiamo le stesse ricette tradizionali tramandate da generazioni per creare la pasta fatta in casa che, da buon Bolognese, non può mai mancare. The divina cavatelli maker is amazing and I give five stars for that. I also got the hand cranked pasta extruder which is very small, the photos don’t show how small it is. The extruder also doesn’t attach to my stainless steel counter well, I’m hoping it will attach better to wood

Good value, quick shipping
I rarely make international purchases, but manual pasta extruders are difficult to find in the US.
The price for this one was reasonable and the delivery time from Italy was faster than I expected.

Everything was delivered as ordered and in a timely fashion.I was recently in Sicily and was unable to find a 90 cm or larger rolling pin. Tagliapasta not only has them but delivers them to your door. Many different types of pasta paraphernalia not available where we live. Even Amazon does not carry these products.

Fantastic products and service
Fantastic products and service. So far I’ve ordered a mattarello, several pasta cutters, a pasta board, ravioli molds and a few other miscellaneous things. I’ve had to reach out to customer support with a shipping question once, and they were very prompt and helpful. I can’t recommend this brand enough, and will be shopping here in the future.

Great service
I purchased some rolling pins while in vacation in Italy. Sadly they were confiscated by airport security on my return home. I was able to locate this site and ordered two replacement rolling pins. The communication was great and the rolling pins reached us the day after our return to Canada. Would definitely order from here again!!
