Passione, tradizione e tanto amore per le cose buone, sono il fil rouge che mi ha condotto nella creazione di questa attività; una vera avventura densa di ricordi. Ricordi oramai lontani ma altrettanto cosi cari dei periodi di festa, quando da bambino aiutavo mia nonna e mia madre nella preparazione della pasta fatta in casa. La scelta accurata delle materie prime e i gesti ripetuti con tanta saggezza per creare tortellini, lasagne e strichetti, fanno sorgere sul mio volto un sorriso ogni volta che ci penso. Proprio questi ricordi felici di quando ero bambino e la volontà di mantenere la tradizione della pasta fatta in casa mi ha spinto a creare e vendere i miei prodotti tutti realizzati in Italia proprio come quelli che vedevo usare da bambino. Ancora oggi in famiglia usiamo gli stessi strumenti e seguiamo le stesse ricette tradizionali tramandate da generazioni per creare la pasta fatta in casa che, da buon Bolognese, non può mai mancare. I placed a large order and everything that i ordered was top notch quality. I have absolutely no complaints what so ever with tagliapasta and highly reccommend their company and products. Shipping costs can be quite expensive but that is out of their hands but worth it when you can not find the product anywhere else

Highly recommend to US buyers and others
Fabulous store, great products, high quality, good service. I ordered a tigelliera and two ravioli forms; even with the price of shipping to the US it was a good purchase because the individual prices wer reasonable and the quality is very high. Each ravioli form comes with its own little rolling pin and they had little non-slip rubber feet - superior to the form I already had. Everything arrived perfectly packed and protected, in just a few days. I had one small issue with my order due to a misunderstanding and Taglia Pasta fixed the problem within 24 hours. I highly recommend this store.

I love my new pasta board and rolling…
I love my new pasta board and rolling pin. I am able to roll out amazing pasta by hand. I also purchased drying racks that I am using for drying herbs from my garden. Everything is very good quality. I highly recommended this company and would purchase from them again.

I am happy with the torchietto
I am happy with the torchietto. I've only had one experience so far and it looks like I'll have to learn how to use it. I didn't see any documentation with the product or a link on their web site. It seems like you must treat your dough differently than you would to hand cut or use a pasta machine. To be fair, I use home milled khorasan whole grain wheat and water. I may have to modify my approach.
