Received my transmission today as promised. I must say, this has been an excellent experience. Andy was very informative and gave me a great deal. Tim Jones was the backup man for the shipping and he definitely was on just as good. Very professional. Very honest. Excellent customer service I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for used Auto Parts.

I am now trying to sell my broken down 2009 Porsche Cayenne GTS because I tried buying a transfer case from these guys, which were nice as can be to start out with and the tables turned after I bought a 110,000 miles used transfer case.
I was told it had a three month warranty after installing the part.
I should have audio recorded when I asked and he told me yes because that’s what I was going on since I have a one year-old and a 33 week on the way.
I informed them that I have no time for myself to be able to install this and they no longer employ the person that I bought the transfer case through which his name was Tim Jones.
Shipping took forever and they never got back to me about it being delivered to the wrong address and then being shipped back to their warehouse. I had to find out if somebody else sign for me for the delivery slip.
The part that I bought had a damaged electrical wire on it, and I told them to repair it before it came in to my house, and it showed up without the entire electrical motor.
They use American names but don’t talk like Americans so I’m very sure that it was a cover-up name. Last person I talked to was John and I’m very sure that was a cover-up name too because he doesn’t speak like any John that I’ve known from America. The part was dropped off in December and was defective the week after I installed it in March on the seventh of 2026.
I drove 5 miles and came back and popped and squealed the rear tires behind you. This is an all-wheel-drive vehicle and completely was smoking from the transfer case which I had to top off with fluid since it came in low. Yes, I am a mechanic. Thanks, but no thanks I will never trust this place again and good luck on your own search for the right part for your vehicle. God bless you all.
