My experience was great each representative I spoke with such as Sandy, Bruce, Olive, and Prince. We’re all very helpful I had a little issue with the tracking number, which was not their fault but the carrier however Sandy made sure I received the tracking number. It wasn’t able to be delivered and I had to pick it up.

I looked all around searching for a transmission for my Chevy 1500 and the prices were astronomical. I saw the add for Tagore and the prices were half of others. I was skeptical at first but after taking to “ED ROGER” and “Andy “ I felt at ease. The follow up before I received my Transmission was amazing. I received my Transmission just like the contract promised. But what was most impressive was the follow up after I received and installed the Transmission. The team made sure my vehicle was working properly and that I had no issues.

They worked with me on the core charge and made it easy. I received the transmission fast and as expected. Also they gave me a three month warranty. Sandy was very good to work with and Ben made the sales process easy.

Ordered an engine and they continuously lied about delays. After 6 weeks they admitted they were not able to find the engine (standard Chrysler engine). They said I could not get a refund for the $250 deposit, would only give me store credit.
