Excellent dog tag and car leash get complements on the dog tag which has all my buddy’s info incase he gets lost

Love the variety

I love the variety of necklaces and the prices are ok! But, I do think the color looks bland. I don't wear it during messy activities to avoid washing it and it fading even faster.

Love this company

Love this company! I ordered 3 harnesses for my pack. Really great quality materials and workmanship, all made in canada! fantastic customer support. I made an error on the measurements on one of my dogs. A new harness was made and sent to me promptly. All my error cost me was the small fee to ship the new harness. They asked that I donate the original harness to a dog rescue. I also purchased their compostable poop bags-again, really good quality: strong, do not rip easily like some compostable bags. I am really impressed by the animal charity work they do, that is what drew me to their company initially.

Lack of stock

I love all the collars, tags, and leashes I've bought over the past 2 years. My issue is availability, I've been trying to get new collars for my dogs for 2 months, but everything is out of stock on the 1" collars. I can't even settle for a buckle i don't really want because there are zero options. I would have bought 4 more full sets by now but I've started looking for more reliable alternatives.

LOVE TAGSFORHOPE

LOVE TAGSFORHOPE! Ever since I’ve found y’all all of my fur babies have the TX license plate tags. They are sticking to say the least and we get questioned about them every where so of course we tell them where to get these! They are tough and hold up to everything my babies put them through!

Tags for Hope

Great quality gear! Beautiful colours and designs; we get compliments on every walk! I wish the seat belt was a little longer, but otherwise I love all of their products.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service and Unresolved Shipping Issue

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from TagsforHope. I placed an order and received a confirmation email showing the correct delivery address. However, once the item shipped, the delivery address had somehow changed to my billing address in a different state. I contacted customer service immediately, providing clear evidence from the confirmation email showing the correct shipping info.

Despite multiple emails back and forth and showing proof of their mistake, they denied any responsibility and claimed I entered the wrong address—using only the shipping email (which had the incorrect info) to support their claim, completely ignoring the original confirmation. Their solution? File a warranty claim that would charge me $19.95 in warranty, shipping, and handling fees.

This was especially frustrating because I had intentionally ordered enough items to qualify for free shipping. I brought this up, but they continued to deflect blame and ultimately canceled my order—without resolving the issue—and issued only a partial refund, withholding a $10 shipping fee. So now I have no product, was blamed for their mistake, and still charged for shipping that should have been free.

I was excited to get the adorable collar, tag, and poop bag holder for my dog, but the poor customer service and lack of accountability completely ruined the experience. I can’t recommend them based on how poorly this was handled.

EDIT:
The company’s response to this review is purely performative. This feedback was posted after countless emails with both customer service and the department head, during which I thoroughly explained the situation and provided clear proof of their error. Despite this, they refused to take responsibility or acknowledge their mistake.

I’m incredibly disappointed with the level of customer service I received—and even more so now, seeing their fabricated, dismissive response that falsely implies this issue is being resolved. It’s not. The only thing consistent here has been their unwillingness to make things right.

Return Policy Scam

The collar I ordered was not great quality, so I asked to return it for a refund since it was very expensive, and their return policy says they will refund in full within 30 days if you are not satisfied. I never used it and was willing to pay to have it returned. But then they told me the only place to return it was to Canada, even though I bought it in the US. Their return policy never said anything about shipping internationally for returns. If you do business in a country, you should have a return address there, otherwise be open and honest about your return policy before a purchase is made. It’s shady and deliberate that they know their product is bad quality for what you pay, so they make it cost prohibitive to ever use the return policy. Beware before you drop $$ with them. I wouldn’t have risked it if I knew this before and should have done more research before I believed their return policy.

This issue appears impossible, as we never store customer credit card information, nor do we accept debit cards on our website, only credit cards. We've been in business since 2014, serving hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers, and we continue to maintain the highest ethical standards.

Upon reviewing your account, I can only locate a single order totaling $50. Since we don't store payment information, there's no method by which we could have re-charged your card. Additionally, I noticed you've reached out via Facebook using a newly created profile under a completely different name, which raises further questions about this situation.
