Danilo was great

Michelle was excellent

Michelle was excellent, she did awesome at calming me down, with direct help. She understood my problem clearly and did her best to solve what she could. When she could not solve the problem I had she immediately took how important my problem was to be corrected into escalation to tech support. She gave me confirmation of when I could hear back from someone and get this resolved. She is a GEM!
