Good Company - Just Double Check Billing
I used to love Tailor Brands and used it quite a bit from 2020-2024. However, in 2024 I cancelled my services on the brands that I had with the as there just wasn't a need any further and some artwork creation programs were a bit better. All of my accounts show inactive, however they've continued to bill be for the past 2 years illegally. I've tried getting a hold of them via Chat & Phone unsuccessfully, but each time you cannot get a real human. The AI they have is good and acknowledges it's an issue and apologies- but is not equipped to handle the resolution and never successfully gets a human. It's really poor customer service. I've disputed some of the charges with my bank to see if I can get some money back, but the ones from last year, they can't help with and it's several hundred dollars. I can't recommend them now after they've stolen money and then can't get a human anywhere to try and help.
**Update** This was resolved and in my favor, so I have adjusted my rating as such. While still trying to get the chatbot to get me a human I reached out the CEO on LinkedIn (I know, total Karen move) with the information and I emailed the company again with screenshots of my prior cancellations. I finally got a human, who understood but was not empowered and indicated would forward my refund request and I would hear back in 3-5 days. 30 minutes later I got an email from their sr leadership acknowledging the issue and issued me full refund. Mistakes happen- it's how they're fixed that matter.
