I always dread calling customer support…

I always dread calling customer support long hold times getting transferred to different places it’s always more frustrating and complicated than it needs to be but I was very surprised by Danilo he was great he was very easy to talk with he was extremely efficient in resolving my issue I wish there were more customer service representatives like him

I had a great experience with Johnnie

I had a great experience with Johnnie, it was a reilef to actually get to talk to a real person that could help. He also was quick with getting me help and great at explaining to me the changes in the prices and the turnaround time was excellent thanks Johnnie and Trailor Brands

I called many times to get answers to some questions I had didn’t get to talk to a live person getting frustrated finally got to talk to a live person and the lady I spoke with got the answers I was looking for and I thank her for dealing with me having a nasty attitude thank you Mae
