I recently ordered a canvas as a gift, and unfortunately it arrived damaged. I contacted customer support right away, and I was assisted by Philip from the support team.

Fabulous
First of all, the work is beautiful. I have two amazing pieces from them. One in which I requested a smaller size to make. It was a size they didn’t offer, so I can imagine that fitting a bigger picture into a smaller one, could be quite difficult. But no, the picture was absolutely beautiful.
To top off their amazing work, their customer service team goes above and beyond. So nice! I am thrilled with tailored canvas and would recommend them to everyone I know.

Creating a 'Moment' !
The wall paintings from Tailored Canvases create a 'moment' in time capturing the life and spirit of the subject on the canvas.
I knew from the first time I enjoyed looking at one of my favorites 'Jesus Walking On The Water' that I wanted that piece in a prominent wall in my living room.
And now it's here adorning the Eastern Wall of my homes living room!
I purchased a floor Touch Lamp with a gooseneck mounted second light which I use to iluminante this 'moment' of Christ walking on the water!
It's means many things to me!
Peter's daring attempt to meet our Lord on the storm swept Sea of Galilee, his ultimate failure as he lets doubt and fear enter his heart!
Of course he begins to drown but with a loving out stretched hand Jesus pulls him to safety!
I often can relate to Peters doubts and my often need to be 'saved' once again by my Saviour, brother and friend Jesus Christ!
It also serves as a great conversation starter.
My advice to you if your considering purchasing one of these wonderful paintings is to pray and let God speak to your heart regarding which you should choose.
Because why just hang a picture when you can establish a 'moment' in time in your home that will bless you and your guests over and over again!
I extend my thought and prayers to you that God will speak to your heart about the purchase you are considering.

Some thing is not legit about this company. There website is full of canvas art photographed beautifully over a large couch or king size bed, BUT that is not what you get when they offer the sizes. I ordered the largest one 36x24 and it was too small for the space. I emailed asap and presented there own photo on the email and wanted much bigger size at least 48x36 or even a 72' which was clearly on there website. Instead NO ONE answered the phone after several calls and several different time zone times. In my email I copied and pasted there 100% happy guarantee which is BS. I asked for an RA number so I can return the item and gladly pay for a new size! they asked for me to send them a picture of there picture! It was in original packaging all of it... so I again emailed and said hey all i want is a bigger size return this one and pay for what I want! 4 emails later with pictures included which made no sense and there own guarantee and me telling them I am certain they are not in the US because no one answers the phone and all emails are from some one different who has no idea what the other person said! I was furious with the customer service. I started to rethink my decisions and stated I was reporting to ETSY, BBB and dispute with my CC company. This WAS NOT a custom Canvas! it was stock so why on earth would you not have a size that you clearly advertise on your site! Makes zero sense..... they then replied and refunded my money..... and still have no RA to return the product. I even stated " I don't want anything for free, I just want a different appropriate size for the space.... Nope Nada..... just the money back to myCC. I am grateful for that. But this company is not operating in truth or integrity, and false advertisment. And to be honest I am questioning the reviews.... You can't advertise satisfaction, and 24/7 customer service and bla bla bla if you don't stand by it, and or ask for ridiculous things like "Send me a photo of the picture" WTH...... they have to be in another country where english is not there first language or AI answers all of there emails. STAY AWAY

While our website may show styled room photos for inspiration, the actual dimensions available for each design are clearly listed on the product page before purchase.
Although this item was not personalized with custom text, it was still produced on demand in the size you selected, which means it was created specifically for your order. After reviewing your case, we made the decision to issue a full refund to your original payment method. Because of that, there is no return required. You are welcome to keep the canvas, donate it, or put it to use in any way you see fit.
