I received my Walking on Water canvas today! I am so excited and can’t wait to get it on my wall in my living room so everyone that comes over can see it. I have ordered 3 canvases to date, you could classify the size of each one as small, medium and large. Had an issue with my second canvas that was shipping related but was quickly handled by their exceptional customer service team. My painting arrived with a long black…
My painting arrived with a long black smudge right down the middle. There is no way to contact these folks by phone. No receipt or anything in the box either with any information. I had to search the internet for a way to contact them by email. The painting is beautiful but it took a long time to get, was quite expensive and to have it come damaged already is a major disappointment. I hope I hear from someone soon.
