This developer repeatedly claimed that they would respect the local neighbourhood and maintain open, considerate communication throughout the project. Those promises proved to be little more than empty words.
Communication from director Danby came across as polite and reassuring at first, but the reality experienced by neighbours was entirely different. Concerns raised by residents were seemingly ignored, and the impression left was one of complete disregard for the people who had to live alongside the disruption.
Rather than demonstrating the professionalism and consideration that had been promised, the company appeared to treat neighbours with contempt. Once the work was completed, they left behind a significant mess and an overwhelming sense that their only priority was moving on to the next development, regardless of the impact on the surrounding community.
Trust is earned through actions, not carefully chosen words, and unfortunately this developer's actions fell far short of the image they presented. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise anyone dealing with this company to judge them by what they do, not by what they promise.
