Shoddy work at a hefty price
The company charged double the going rate for shoddy workmanship. It "repaired" crumbling cement holding the roof on by slopping cement over the top, the membrane to cover the hole in the roof was too small, the "repaired" gutters were worse than those they replaced with the joins effected by squirts of silicone and one gutter draining down my living room wall, the new roof ridge was bumpy and uneven. The staff did not know how to do repairs, left splashes of cement which I was told would miraculously disappear (they didn't) and smashed my central heating boiler incurring a bill of £200. Subsequently I sought repairs from a reputable roofer and the comparison couldn't be more apparent, professional, knew how to effect repairs, tidy, actually making things better, not worse. Pressurised into paying cash. As a woman I resented their regular bowel habits in my bathroom. £16K badly spent. In my opinion the website is a work of fiction.
