All travel and accommodation was arranged by TMR, with plenty of scope for discussion and amendment. All went perfectly and the communication before and during our trip (around Norway) was excellent. We would use TMR again and would certainly recommend them.

A great holiday with Zac who was a great escort. My only criticism would be a lack of information before the trip. As a first time customer I was worried that my friend and I would have to navigate strange cities to find our hotel from and back to the stations not realising that Zac would show us. I wasn’t informed that my train ticket from home to London was first class or that it included the return journey as the interrail pass seemed to allow far fewer journeys than I was taking. This ticket certainly is not easy to complete with the threat that completing it wrongly would invalidate journeys, needing Zac to show us what to do.

For me, the product that Tailor Made Rail sells is their knowledge of what's available regarding rail lines and hotels and outings; and then working out what you as the customer want. In my case, that worked very well. We had a few discussions, and then an itinerary was made. They sent us the paperwork so we had a hard copy. All the details went smoothly. Thanks for a great trip.
