The train journeys we’ve asked for have always been well thought out and very good. So have the hotels. We think this an excellent company for train related holidays. One slight problem….the rail passes. As we are given train tickets for travel abroad, I omitted to fill in the Interrail travel pass after leaving the Eurostar. It was my fault but I presumed wrongly that the tickets were enough. Although I apologised and offered to do so immediately when a ticket collector pointed this out, we were fined 50 euros each (100 euros!!) which we thought a bit steep. May be a warning should be added to the pack so this isn’t overlooked by someone else. We shall definitely use this company again as all 3 of our holidays have been excellent.

Our Tailor Made Holiday to Northern Spain met all our expectations. The travel arrangements went smoothly with clear directions and maps for finding the hotels. Spacious hotel rooms were well prepared for three adults. Friendly staff catered for our dietary requirements and were helpful with local advice. Would use this company again.
