The company advertises it's Australian based and made. It's based in China and sent from there. The hat material appears polyester and see through. Considered throwing it in the bin. After 2.5 wee... See more

I ordered large. The tag says large but definitely not large. Disappointing quality. The photo is much better. Online shopping is a lottery

Image on site are fare better than the shirt once you receive it. Not only they $11 each on Temu The quality is about as good as a flee market shirt not a $35 item but I guess what do you expect when they come straight from China. They also send lots of offers once you order probably hoping you buy more before receiving them as once you get them you realise they aren’t worth the price.

This is the letter I had to write to them.
PATHETIC 🫣😡😡👎 Not only do you lie to your customers (first contact i made you said 'parcel was returned to us') I even asked you why it was returned, you did not reply to the question. Instead you made an offer instead. You now go against your promise of sending a second shipment regardless of receiving the 1st shipment or not as a sign of regret for the long delay and poor service. NOW, I'M TOLD TO IGNORE THAT NOTICE AND YOU ARE RETRACTING THAT PROMISE AND TO WAIT ANOTHER 5 DAYS. You have even changed personnel to deal with this problem. I ordered this shipment many weeks ago so I could wear them to 2 marches for Australia, i'm not able to now because of your very poor service
I notice that you plead with the customers not to post negative comments on FB and you will do your utmost to rectify any problems. If this is how you deal with your poor service problems then your future customers need to know what they are dealing with if they send money to you for a product.
I am a very unhappy customer who still hasn't received my very very late shipment and I will do my utmost to notify as many people as possible NOT to buy from your company. Also I will lodge a complaint to Facebook, Paypal and the Australian consumer commision and show all the emails.
Good bye,

Terrible quality- stitching showing and absolutely not cotton blend. Very disappointing as it was for a gift.
Would not recommend this product ever.

Looks Too Good To Be True - FB SCAM
Idea and Shirts look great and says a national produce made here BUT after the order and money taken, there seems to be follow up emails of produce sent, then in a week - product sent . Then another week, product on the way, with a link to download and track.
BE VERY WARRY OF A VIRUS OR TROGAN.
All responses are AI generarted trying to defer their responsibility
3/09/25 Update- Inferior poor product finally arrived. Stated Made in Australia but with Asian/Chinese labeling. Poor cut, worse stitching ever, failure to sew hems, preschoolers could have done a better job
Total misrepresentation by the advertisement and a shame to all products coming from China

Item took ages to arrive. Very little communication and the quality is extremely poor.
Very disappointed

There is nothing Australian about this company. They lie about manufacturing location, the lie about being Australian.
The quality of clothing is terrible and they don't do refunds.

THIS COMPANY IS FAUUDULENT! STAY AWAY!!
THEY ADDED MULTIPE ITEMS TO MY CART OVER AND OVER WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND ILLIGITIMATELY AND FRAUDENTENTLY TRYING TO CHAGRE CARD.

The previous reviews on this page have all been written by TailorThis. The clothes are cheap and not well made and come out of China. Our attempt for a refund was met with a response from Tailor This that said (paraphrasing) it will cost you more than the clothes are worth to return, so how about you gift them to someone else. Or we can give you 10% store credit. Steer clear of this company.

Shopping here was great! Delivery was fast, and the clothes were nicely packed without any issues like loose threads. Happy with my purchase!
Processing was fast, and I got timely tracking updates. The clothes are just as described and super comfortable - no problems at all!
My order was processed quickly and the quality is great! Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but the clothes arrived in perfect shape.
