I had a free sample bag of food for my dog poppy unfortunately poppy had the food as directed but over 3 days poppy had 4 fits have stopped giving the food and she is back to normal because of this I want to cancel this order .

I'm really sorry to hear that Poppy has been unwell. We completely understand how worrying it must be to see your dog experience fits.

The safety and quality of our products is incredibly important to us. All of our ingredients and food products go through strict quality and safety checks and must meet UK and European pet food regulations before reaching our customers.

As there can be many different causes of seizures or fits, we're unable to determine from a review whether Poppy's symptoms were related to her food. Given what you've described, we'd strongly recommend speaking with your vet if you haven't already, as they'll be best placed to advise on Poppy's individual circumstances.

We'd like to look into this further and help with your request to cancel. I've sent you a private message asking for some account details so we can locate your subscription and contact you directly.

Always on time

Always on time. Reasonably priced and most importantly our dog has never had a problem digesting the food. His weight is constant and the vets are delighted with his health. I don’t know anything about animal nutrition so I have put my trust in Tails.com and so far haven’t been let down.

I still find your website “clunky”

I still find your website “clunky”. It’s not easy to modify the expected order. I mostly want wet food as the fry is not used up so quickly. Lots of hoops to jump thru to edit the order. Easy to delay the order not so easy to modify it.

Disappointing service

I provided a friend of mine with a referral link to redeem a month’s kibble for free and 50% off wet food. Unfortunately, the wet food was not packaged well and was damaged on arrival (something I have experienced myself with Tails.com). The contents had spilled out, making the wet food trays unfit for consumption. She raised this with the company via email and is yet to receive a response 7 days later.

Safe to say my friend won’t be continuing their subscription after a very disappointing experience.

Whilst we'd never send out damaged items, we changed how we packed our wet food trays some time ago, using less cardboard. However, this isn't how we expect our customers parcels to arrive to so I'd be keen to pass everything to the Quality Team at our factory and the team overseeing the change to our packing process.

Let someone else do the food amount calculations!

Signed up to this as a free trial. I entered my brothers puppy's details & they change the type & amounts of food to deliver based on the breed & age of the puppy. Now 1 year on, my brother still gets food delivered & it is always tailored perfectly for his fur baby. I just pay for it!

I know it can be worrying when your dog isn't keen on their meals, especially when you're having to add extras to encourage them to eat. The good thing about tailored nutrition is that we're often able to make changes to a dog's kibble blend while still meeting their nutritional needs. Depending on your dog's profile, there may be other combinations of our kibbles available, and I'd love to explore those options with you to see if we can find something they'll enjoy more.

I'm also sorry to hear that your dog has run out of kibble on multiple occasions. Our meal plans are calculated using the details on your dog's profile and are designed to provide enough food to last until the next delivery, so I'd like to have a closer look at what's happened here and whether any adjustments are needed.

I'm equally sorry about the delivery delays you've experienced. Running out of kibble while waiting for an order to arrive isn't what we'd expect, and I completely understand how inconvenient that can be.
