Tails service is above and beyond! the deliveries of my dog's food was always on time, my dog loved the food and they offered discounts when available, also added free treats at times!
After my beloved dog passed away, I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from the company. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that meant more to me than words can express.
Losing a pet is heartbreaking, and it showed me that this company genuinely cares about its customers and the pets they serve, not just the products they sell. The compassion and empathy they demonstrated during my family's loss will never be forgotten.
Thank you for your kindness, support, and for treating us like more than just customers. It made a difficult time a little easier, and I will always be grateful.
There is no way to cancel the dry food…
There is no way to cancel the dry food only. My dog prefers the wet food and only eats a tiny bit of the dry.

Our box hasn't arrived
Our box hasn't arrived, should have been here on the 18th June, but was quick enough to take the payment on the 16th June, Max (Our dog) is now out of food, therefore will have to go and get him something from Asda and this defeats the object plus will upset his tummy, as we signed up to tails.com because better quality of food , now having to go back to super market rubbish until its finally arrives.
We have sent many emails and WhatsApp message and no reply, it now says delivery has been delayed. This is shocking. They give you enough food for the month then cant deliver on time to start the next. My poor Max 😢

Tails, is expensive in comparison to other well known dog food brands, but very convenient for me. Im in full control of any orders. I can, pause, stop, change amounts and flavours of my doggies food. Whether it be premium or regular it's all worth it. To see your pet, enjoying every bite. Same goes for the kibble. Id definitely recommend

Well my satisfaction was diminished…
Well my satisfaction was diminished quite quickly 2 weeks ago as we received our two boxes for our dogs only to find several wet food cartons damaged, to the extent that some were opened and seeping the wet food and obviously unusable. I have reviewed the Yodel delivery on their page so they will have that! My concern is that we were going away and the dog food was needed, a replacement box was sent arriving after we left. This situation was very very inconvenient and problematic! We had also previously had split bags due to packaging changes and every bag continues to split thst we get!

Well where do i start! I guess its the fact its delivered to my door so no bulky heavy items with my shopping 👌 our mini dachshund loves his dry n wet mix, he has so much more energy now! Hes sleeps better and actually poops less than when he was on the last brand, 100% recommended!

Didn’t help me manage the kibble side of the food. Now I have a 9kg bag which is going to last forever and I have to have 1kg every month too! 😡
It’s complicated as you have to remember to skip your order and order an extra delivery wet only. So annoying when busy and have to remember this!
