Emerald contacted me fairly quick to try and resolve my problem.

My purchase on 12/19 was for $10.51 but I got an additional charge of $8.65 on 12/23. This last amount, is the amount you need to refund me and make sure there aren’t any more additional charges.

Lies

I was under the impression that I was buying a gadget at target and then paid for it. I even have a screenshot that I was paying for the gadget and then after paying, this website sent me an email thanking me for getting a membership from them which I didn’t know about. It’s my fault for trusting too much but all I know is I was paying for gadgets not membership. They charged me twice for different amounts and all I can do is pray they won’t take any more money from me.
