BAD BAD BAD.. We rented the car online through TakeCars.com. @Tirana’s Airport, we were picked up and taken to the rental office of RentIn Al!. Everything went downhill from there. Our booking was for a 2024 car, but they told us their computer system was hacked! We were given a 2014 Hyundai with 224,000 kms on it. The car was miserable: A/C barely worked and the car had no power when driving upwards on a slope. They promised to change the car but never did after 12 days despite several calls. I think this rental agency is a scam showing new cars on their website that I suspect they don’t have! NEVER AGAIN

I rented a convertible for 2 weeks and everything was perfect. I will definitely contact them again, I recommend them to everyone.

Excellent car rental service!
Recently rented a Nissan Kicks and was very pleased! The car was almost new, in good condition, clean and filled with gas.
Paperwork took a minimum of time - manager Farook drove the car to the hotel, helped inspect the car, recorded all the damage to the body, explained everything clearly and without unnecessary questions. The prices are reasonable, without hidden fees. Just in case, I got full insurance.
For 10 days of rent, I did not find any problems with the car. I did not violate traffic rules, did not drive on toll roads.
Returning the car also went without problems. On the day of return, manager Farook called, we agreed on a place near the airport, washed the car before returning, checked the car, no new damage was found, after that we were taken to the airport. Farook is the best, provides a high level of service 👍
If you need a reliable car rental with honest requirements, I recommend this company! I will definitely contact you again.
