The team was knowledgeable
The team was knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. Though when searching for a plan online and then enrolling there was a deductible listed that was no on the Take Command site.

Amanda Roberts and Rayven Hawkins were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. This was a very stressful and difficult decision and they both assisted me brilliantly. Thank you very much.
Good experience
The navigation to schedule an appointment was easy, and the Take Command site is user friendly
Super helpful staff!
Spoke to 2 Take Command staffers as I worked to set up my account and choose a plan. Both women were super helpful and reassuring. I waited on hold for quite a while but that was my preference vs getting a call back. Very satisfied with the result!

I didn't know that to expect
I didn't know that to expect, I was nervous about my insurance trying to find one that was right for me. When I got the phone call from my agent it was awesome it was fast and painless. I'm very happy with my choice. Thank you again

Knowledgeable and helpful with getting all the choices sorted to find the best plan for me.
I thought I'd narrowed my selection
I thought I'd narrowed my selection, but in speaking with the enrollment specialist, I found there were options I was overlooking. She was able to help me find a plan that was better suited to my and my family's needs.

very patient and helpful in choosing medical plan that best fit my needs.
Multiple issues
We've struggled with multiple issues using TakeCommand -- reimbursement reports with errors, cancelling our account early, not notifying a teammate that their health insurance had been cancelled, slow customer service, you name it. Would not recommend.
Some kinks to work out but fine overall
It's nice to have all the options listed for you, but pretty confusing on what to choose and how to search. None of my doctors are showing up together with my prescriptions also being covered in any of the searches. They had to open a research ticket to help me find one. Im glad they at least quick help, and I really appreciate that they're looking for me to make sure my needs will be covered without something costing $400/month out of pocket. Hopefully they also fix the error at the end that tries to make you put in your own credit card info, when it should just be going thru my employer.
Eased my concerns
This was a new experience for me. I was concerned with several questions during enrollment. They answered all my questions and put my mind at ease.
Very helpful and informative
We had a few questions regarding how everything works and the customer support team was very helpful and prompt with the responses. They were honest and upfront as well.
if i can give it 0 stars I would
if i can give it 0 stars I would! it's been two weeks and I am still stuck on a GRAYED out page that won't allow me to continue with my open enrollment. I have chatted with the reps, called support, and even got emails that they said have been fixed but i am still stuck on the same page!!! just getting a work around that no one can help or solve and I am running out of time and patience. They took days to reply to emails, and the reps that you chat online with takes 10-20 minutes for a simple response. such a horrible experience. I still need my coverage!!!
Take Command Can't Onboard Late-year Hires
Take Command is unable to handle onboarding mid year hires. I have employees who have ACA plans in place for over a month but Take Command still hasn't flagged their Participation as Enrolled in HRA. For one employee it's been over 60 days.
