TakeCommand refuses to honor enrollment period

TakeCommand refused to honor the extended open enrollment period that they advertised on their website and their customer service staff refuse to acknowledge that they advertise this extended open enrollment period on their website. The staff are required to use faux-supportive language, but seem unable or unwilling to provide effective customer support.

I am impressed by each person I've…

I am impressed by each person I've spoken with at Take Command. They are thoughtful and have provided helpful resources.

The UI for my situation, existing coverage, was confusing which is why I needed to speak with someone because it wasn't clear what needed to be done to allow me to move forward. While on the phone with support we figured it out. A small UI highlight of some sort for required fields could have resolved the issue without the need for a call.

I was surprised to see lower rates on some provider pages. Do your due diligence and check provider sites before selecting a plan in Take Command as you might save some money and get the same plan available in Take Command.

Helpful and Informational Call

They were very patient with me and polite. Worked with me to pick the plan that will most meet my needs. I learned a lot about how to choose a plan that best fits me now. I had no idea what I was doing before the call. Was immensely helpful!

Great Customer Service

I reached out to an enrollment specialist who was so patient with me as we talked through which plans might fit my specific needs. She asked around to sort out a timing issue I was facing and gave me a great work-around, within the 20-minute call. I really appreciated her thoroughness and compassion during our call.

My company switched to an ICRA plan…

My company switched to an ICRA plan last year, and I have been very pleased with the change. The Take Command website makes it easy to shop for plans, and I love that I have so many options to pick from unlike the traditional plans we used to have. The Take Command team has been very helpful with any questions I have had.

Yesterday I had a call with them to confirm that the hospital closest to me is in fact in-network. They were able to quickly reach out to the hospital and confirm that thet are in network. Easy, quick, and helpful!
