Enrollment Specialist was very helpful.

I received a text letting me know my Enrollment specialist was going to be calling. The specialist called a couple minutes later and was very helpful with answering my questions about a particular plan. The specialist made sure to go through the plan with me and answer all my questions about the copays and out of pockets.

Avoid at all costs

Like other people have stated below, they are not paying the employees premiums. I talked to customer support before renewing my insurance plan and they assured me that autopay would continue as long as I provided the account info to my health insurance. My paycheck has been deducted for the difference of what my employers allowance is and the premium yet my health insurance has not been paid for 2 months! I just had surgery several weeks ago and am worried that the claims will be denied because they still haven't reinstated the autopay account. It's been 2 weeks they've been "working on it". Steer clear of this company.

Incompetence!!!!

I am only giving it a one star because there is no option to give it a negative rating. This is the most incompetent company I have ever experienced. I loaded my proof of coverage on the 11 December 2024 and to date they are still reviewing my status - a month and a half later. When I ask them why its taking so long, the same standard answer of its a busy season! I don't care if it is a busy season, you are being paid to provide a service! If I was an employer and I had the choice I would NOT use them. If you are an employer who cares about their employees at all, steer clear of this company and platform.

This is one star to the negative 100th power…

This is one star to the 100th power negative. I am a small employer w/ 11 employees to enroll in healthcare using the TC ICHRA autopay platform. It has been touch and go since mid-November. Thought we were finally over the hump, when the activity report shows insufficient funds, etc. TC is blaming the carriers. TC claims to be working w/ the carriers. My first point is TC is supposed to deduct the premiums at 100% from the employer first. This has not been done, why? The carrier then deducts from TC. Most employee's premiums have been deducted from our account, why is it a carrier problem? I was told "rest assured that while the carrier and TC work on these payment delays, there is no impact to the employee;they should not experience any disruption in care." I literally received a phone call from an employee who has been denied coverage and told it is due to lack of payment. What in the world kind of business is this? My goal is to get my employees health insurance coverage straightened out first. When I pose questions or issues it is too long of wait for a response and w/ this recent lack of employee coverage I have been waiting almost a hour w/ absolutely no response!

Terrible service

We tried signing up for Take Command twice. Both times the application went into a black hole. We received conflicting reports as to why and no one ever followed up to resolve the issue. We used a different vendor without issue.

FAKE REVIEWS

All of these good reviews are so clearly fake. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. They take weeks to get anything done, customer service is close to useless, and will certainly waste your time all day. Employers and employees alike have issues with the software, the compliance process, and customer service. This is my second year UNFORTUNATELY having to use this company. Last year, they were awful, but it’s nothing compared to now. A year ago, I submitted proof of my health insurance and it was approved for reimbursement within two days. This year, I submitted THE SAME EXACT FORM and noticed after three weeks, I still was under review. The exact second I reached out, I received an email my submission was denied. Again, I submitted the same exact form that was approved within two days. Now it took three weeks to deny. I was denied due to Kaiser’s logo not being on the form. There is NOTHING I can find that meets all of the criteria that includes the Kaiser logo. I call Kaiser and ask if they can send me a letter. They said what I submitted is all they can give me. At this time, I am paying out of pocket for my insurance, Take Command customer service keeps reiterating I need the logo (despite the form being approved a year ago), and no end in sight to be reimbursed. EMPLOYERS: STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AT ALL COATS

I would give it negative stars if I…

I would give it negative stars if I could. This is the most incompetent company I have ever experienced. Not one thing has been done correctly or smoothly. I am currently at risk of losing my health insurance because this company failed to pay my premium and enroll me in the correct plan on the marketplace. I did all the steps I was told to and the ball was dropped, yet again. As an employee who has no other option than to use this platform, the follow through on what is promised has been abysmal. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. If you are an employer who cares about their employees at all, steer clear of this company and platform.
