The person I had a phone meeting with to help me pick my insurance was great. I told him exactly want i wanted and he showed me the options I would have. They are very knowledgeable I appreciated that the same day I was able to receive a phone call to get help on picking insurance.
Take Command one issue after another
My company chose Take Command to place employees on the marketplace. For someone who has always had company paid insurance it is a terribly confusing task to educate yourself in 2 weeks to make the proper choice for yourself. I actually ended up have to call the company I was looking at to get the questions I needed answered. Then Take Command submitted my application wrong so at 5:30 on December the 31st they let me know there was an issue and they would be in touch. Awesome hope nothing happens until I do. I was without insurance for 12 days. Of course everything would be back dated but that does not help when you need to go to the doctor and they cancel an appointment because they cannot verify your insurance. One my insurance was finally set up it took a month and half and 2 separate request to get insurance cards. and now my bill due 2/27 and was sent out on 2/5 still has not been paid.

Great experience with Take Command
Take Command made setting up and managing an HRA so easy! Their platform is intuitive, and their team is incredibly knowledgeable, always ready to answer questions and guide me through the process.
I was initially overwhelmed by the idea of switching to an ICHRA, but Take Command broke it down step by step, making compliance and setup a breeze. The ability to offer employees personalized health benefits while keeping costs predictable has been a huge win.
If you're a business owner looking for a smarter, more flexible way to handle health benefits, I can't recommend Take Command enough!
Take Command is the best ICHRA…
Take Command is the best ICHRA administrator I've worked with! We've offered an ICHRA for the past 3 years and this past year we switched to Take Command and it's been night and day for our 64 employees. Their customer service and support have made my life easier and made me look good.

The process is confusing and I do not have any point person to deal with except your sales person who does not handle the implementation.
Confusing UI, lots of bugs, couldn't use it
Confusing UI to start out. Couldn't even use the product because it sends some emails (password reset, reminders) but not others (welcome, confirmation) so we couldn't even get a user set up on it. Extremely buggy and not confidence-inspiring.
NO RESPONSE TO DATE
I have contacted you all to switch my ICHRA to a QSEHRA and it is still not done?! I need to be contacted right away. If you cannot convert it, even though assuring me that it was possible on 3 occasions, then cancel my contract with you all.

DO NOT TRUST THEM
Used their portal to purchase insurance. The portal confirms my information was submitted and I was charged several hundred dollars. It has been several months and I never received a policy or insurance cards. Do not know if I am insured or not. The portal has not changed. There is no possible way to contact them for support. Their website says to contact the insurance carrier but I cannot as I do not have cards or a policy number. May have to file a dispute on my card and buy insurance myself.
CS is terrible
CS is terrible, they keep asking for the information I've already uploaded.

We've had nothing but problems with…
We've had nothing but problems with this platform since we began using it, starting with email issues that caused both admins to be locked out. The website is poorly designed, there is no ability to mark an employee as part-time/full-time or ineligible for benefit. Not knowing this, we had part-time workers receive invitations to setup and had a terrible time getting that corrected. We also had an employee submit the same premium in error and both bills (for the same period) were approved. That issue is still not corrected and our account is reflecting an overage as a result. The help feature is ineffective, with each problem we have to wait for a representative to submit a ticket. We never would have signed up to use this platform if we knew how poorly managed it is.
Navigating
When choosing my new plan, the representative was extremely knowledgeable of the information as well as proficient in navigating the Take Command website.
Onboarding was easy
Onboarding was easy. I love that we have the option to speak with a representative. My representative (Tory) was very informative and got straight to the point. I was able to select a insurance plan that fit my health needs.
Onboarding was pretty easy
Onboarding was pretty easy, they texted before an incoming call, a real person called me and even shared the screen of my Take Command portal to go over my choices. In this day of automated everything, it was nice to ask a real person questions. Insurance is still complicated AF and I can only hope i made good enough decisions now. But so far this was a good start.
Update: thanks for all the help!

Poor communication, bad platform, no support
I have yet to get an answer after submitting a ticket and contacting support. I have been overbilled. When contacting support it says it will take one day to resolve. Its been multiple with no communication.
