Beautiful, but stopped working
Purchased the Muse portable lamp in Dec 2022, only used it a handful of times in the 6 months i've had it as its mostly just for displaying. Looks sleek and beautiful however, the time i actually used it for its purpose, it suddenly went out. I thought maybe it is out of power, but even after recharge and troubleshoot, the lamp is no longer responding. The customer service is rather slow, and I cannot get to a person via phone.

Lovely lamps; packaged and delivered well. Just a bit put out that a few days after ordering and paying full price (not cheap) these went on sale. Advice is to watch and wait!!

good service, great light
I ordered the light, spurred on by free shipping and a 10% discount. had notification almost straight away that it was in progress, then shipped. Good Royal mail delivery service with a morning slot notification emailed to me. The light was packed well, with minimal plastic, easy to install and looks great - all the component parts seem really good quality. The ambient dimmable light it gives is warm and lights up a corner that was bleak before. this light also frees up floor space. highly recommend light and the service was great. many thanks.

Brilliant bulbs...
Brilliant bulbs.... not yet in use but was exactly what I was after. Delivery was very fast so would highly recommend. Only thing I would suggest is that you do an IP44 rated pendant for the bulbs as well

Light not working!
Light not working despite careful following of all instructions. Several emails and photos sent to try and sort this. Replacement bulb did not fix the issue. Still not resolved. This is going to involve me in further time in emails and repacking - trip to PO etc. Thought I was buying a fab quality British made product (paying a considerable sum to do this). Fed up! I will continue with the purchase if it is resolved soon but am put off recommending this product/using the Co again.

Scuffs and scrapes…
The light fixtures all arrived in taped boxes. Inside the box, each one was wrapped in tissue paper. But despite this there are scuffs and scratches on the dark grey paint surface on the front of the lights. I am hoping these won’t show once the lights are up. But as we won’t be in a position to put them up for a while it is a worry! As the lights are well packaged I can only think that care is not taken prior to packaging, for them to end up with scuffs. I expected better!
