Removed one star because the packaging…
Removed one star because the packaging was loose inside and the glass broken. But i had a response to my email with in 24 hours and new glass within 48.
The lamp is a good quality product as long as you are careful in how tightly you screw in the bulb.
Overall an expensive product but looks it.

Already had the beautiful tala muse lamp which unfortunately accidentally dropped off my unit and smashed the glass cylinder surround. Contacted Tala who responded immediate to updates I could purchase a new one. This arrived promptly and realised I no longer had the
Allan key and tala very kindly arranged for one to be posted to me. A very efficient and timely response. Who said excellent customer was dead ? Thank you for a great service.
