Don't bother to apply unless you live or would like to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Lille, Toulouse.
During the registration it was advertised as a portal with jobs in European countries and possibility to work remotely.

We found a great freelancer through the platform which we've been working with for 18+ months (€200k+ spend). Be aware that unlike other freelancing platforms like Malt which reduce their fees after a few months, Talent does not. The most frustrating part for us what that they agreed orally that they would reduce it but came back on their word after.

UPDATE: The company is right. It's another company of a similar name. They don't have a TrustPilot page, so I'm leaving the information below in case it helps someone else. Thank you for the prompt response and I apologize for the mix-up.

I applied for a job for Ark Solutions Inc. via a job listing posted on LinkedIn posted by **TalentIFY.io. IMMEDIATELY after applying, I got an email saying I had been shortlisted alongside 6 other candidates and that to expedite the process I should pay $1 for an identity check and apply for a free credit report. I was already suspicious, but I googled the scam and immediately saw a notice from the real Ark Solutions Inc. It basically described the exact scam and warned people not to fall for it.

Nice concept, however when applicant delays just a few days to respond they inform him/her/etc.. about suspension of account. When the vacancy poster does not ever respond despite their own requests they don't do anything.

Things to improve:
1. More and better filters (like language/technologies/skills/etc...)
2. Automation of the job matching process, in general
3. Transparency in response rates and other statistics of the vacancies

Talent.io is a well-planned, talented and skilled platform for IT tech professionals to directly connect with recruiters/hiring managers to find a job easily matching their skillset according to suitable interests. Easily got interviews.

I got an offer from the first interview. My talent adviser was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process.

I moved to Germany looking for a new job (fullstack software engineer). talent.io helped me get in contact with local companies which were interested in my profile and get hired.

Easy to create a profile. I just added my information and CV. I was contacted by a talent management officer as well.

One thing that sets talent.io apart from the many remote recruiting platforms I have used in the past is the sense of community. From start you are assigned a Talent Advocate that vouches for you and wants to see you win. Thank you Ivan Ganev.

Talent.io is quite a unique platform in relation to how DEVs interviews are done. Applying for a job on other job boards always presents the interview with a high ground and steers the conversation how he/she desires at times not all times. My interviews through talent.io was different in that as a candidate you are valued and the steps are quite clear on what to expect in the interview process. I found the interviews following a good approach to describing the role and starts with you reading about the role they want to be filled then you can choose to proceed or not. A quick overview of the company is made available on the website.
The best part of using Talent.io is the on the boarding process, the ease of importing your LinkedIn profile, then comes the parts where you describe what you are looking for in a job, company, salary expectations and preferred countries to work in is good. After signing up I was assigned a Personal Talent Advocate who helped me in setting up my profile to a desirable format. A good personal touch from the Advocate was great to have. My talent advocate checked in and followed up with the interviews I had to know the status and this was great to have.
I will recommend using talent.io because the approach is different and the platform is well designed. 😀

I had a great experience using the platform. The first interview request I got ended up working out so I had to decline a request from another company as I was already happy with the offer I got. The Talent advocate was really nice and was available to discuss the offer with me which was really helpful to me. Definitely recommend!

Best site to get job of which you interested. Process is very simple and easy to access

I got only one interview, but after the whole interview process, I got an offer. The platform turned out to be really helpful.

After registration and filling out my profile I was asked to choose a date/time for a personal call with my "talent advocate" (Luam Belay). One hour before our call I was reminded by her via email on said call, only for her not showing up or messaging me. Even after writing her an email about how unprofessional this behaviour is I am still waiting for an answer.

If you value your time and want to work with professionals, go to someone other than talent.io ..

I'm new on talent.io but as soon as i complete my profile I get two interviews almost inmediatly. I hope that i can get the job, but it really gives you oportunities.

This company releases salary reports based on bogus surveys reference and distribute such reports to a lot of companies that take it for face value.
Specifically for Information Technology workers, they referenced a cap of 60K a year for the utmost senior engineer while this does not reflect the reality that it can start from 70K up to 250+K a year.

Despite Recruitment consultancies literally leeching of off salaried and freelance engineers, they aim to low-ball mediors and seniors into lower salaries for their client's interest.
the client here being the company, never the employee, don't mistake them for your ally.

Talent.io is great platform, its easy to navigate around and communicate with potential employers. Despite this my assigned TA was pretty useless. Apart from interview reminders, there was zero communication and help from the TA. Its a shame as the platform is good.
