Really pleased with the support from Talent Finder. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and kept communication clear and consistent throughout. Faruk and Sal were great to work with- proactive, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping me fill the role. The candidate they found is well-qualified and experienced. Great teamwork and a smooth process from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!

We used Talent finder for the first time for a fixed fee to find a Warehouse Specialist. From start to finish the experience was both professional & efficient.

They just never leave you alone. dozens and dozens of emails all day, every day. i clicked on unsubscribe loads of times yet they just wont go away. used them once and was a waste of money, now even at my new company they wont go away. STOP STOP STOP STOP EMAILING ME! I DONT WANT TO USE TALENTFINDER!

I have have dozens and dozens of unsolicited emails from Job Finder t/a Talent Finder (from Sophie@ and Tom@) to two of my personal company emails, having never signed up to any email distribution list, ever.

I have clicked unsubscribe a couple of times over the last 12 months and yet im still getting them, including one today.

Just recruited two gas engineers after using traditional agencies that cost a fortune. Cameron was particularly helpful in identifying good candidates on our initial conversation. We used the elite recruiter package and I must say that the choice of candidates presented were well thought out and already understood our business and requirements well. Nothing is too much trouble for Cameron and his team and I have referred and will certainly be relying on them going forward. Highly recommended, especially if you've been paying 6k a hire with other agencies!

They are sending spam to my company email address.

Four years after writing this review the company has flagged it to Trustpilot for containing harmful or illegal content. I guess they want to scrub all the negative feedback from their profile.
