Theres a huge amount of content considering this is a free course. Im gaining a lot from it and really enjoying the way it is structured and the amount of detail thats put into it.

The value and the in-depth knowledge shared have been exceptional. Compared to other training I've done before, I have learned so much in this particular property strategy called BRRR. The collaboration of Vijay, Shaun, and Mike makes this community different and stand out from other property education out there.

The course has been easy to follow and very informative. When you hear free training you think - what are they selling or it'll just be a marketing session. This one is not - it is honest and true education & training

Great experience.
I was kept updated throughout the process by Lee McCabe. His weekly photo updates reassured me that the work is being done. Lee was very professional and responded to my queries promptly. I will recommend Lee McCabe as your project manager.

There is no word to appreciate your tremendous support and hard work. And also there is no intention behind to have only your own benefits. It’s free and just gave all honest information for property to start and go ahead with where as people are charging thousands of pound for that which I have invested as well not got half of worth that money. And Richard Norris I joined and wasted my money. They dint even have me a month course after paying over 5000 and putting myself in debts.
May god bless you all. Keep it up. Hoping to get chance to work with you too.

Talking Houses with Vijay, Sean and Martin are superb. The detail they go into with the benefit of years of experience is incredible. They never sugar coat anything which is exactly what we need in order to know how to overcome obstacles and to move forwards. Not only do they run a course but the have a live Q+A monthly where you can ask them questions. Highly recommended.

I've found the beginning of this course great and have really enjoyed the foundational topics covering the different types of loans and the BRRR method.
Also the Q&A sessions are great to cover a range of personal questions.

I’m currently following Vijay’s course at Talking Houses, and I find it very interesting and full of valuable knowledge and insights — especially about the BRRR strategy and other areas I wasn’t aware of before. I really love what I’m learning! The training videos are very well explained and easy to follow. I truly recommend this course and I’m very happy to be doing it.

I can’t recommend Lee McCabe from Talking Houses highly enough. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish — nothing was ever too much trouble. As Project Manager, Lee went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly, kept me updated at every stage, and handled every challenge with professionalism and genuine care.
He’s truly salt of the earth — honest, reliable, and always putting the customer first. His attention to detail and commitment to great service made the whole process so much easier. A pleasure to work with and an absolute credit to the company.
If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about your project, Lee is yourguy.

I wasn't going to write a review of my experience with The Property Launchpad when I left the course last June 25, I had just put it down to poor experience and moved on.
But yesterday I was sent a video testimonial I did for the Launchpad that had been posted online as part of their success stories, without my permission advertising their most recent edition of the course.
I told them when I left, that he was not to use it, it simply wasn't true.
I sent messages to all 3 of the launchpad "mentors" yesterday, to take my part of the video down, but as usual, completely ignored me, so here it is.
Firstly, do not be fooled by good reviews on this course, as everyone of these reviews have been cajoled out of the new starters on the course in the "honeymoon" phase in the first 2-4 weeks.
They will actively chase each member for a review before they get into the difficult stages of trying to secure deal, and realising its not as easy as they make it out to be, or before they just drop out and give up.
A lot of the names on the reviews have never got past the first few weeks, that a fact.
I know, I've been on the course for a year and was one of the first to join.
Also the same for any of the few who have actually secured a deal. They chase your testimonial video as soon as the deal is agreed ...not after the deal is finalised, or when the money has hit your account!!!
In my case, the £8000 I was told I would make in the video, turned out to be £3000 and the "further deals in the pipeline" I mentioned on the video never materialised.
We were never told upfront, that the refurb mgmt. fee (£5000 in this case) were not part of the deal, and was at the client discretion. It didn't happen, fine, I understood for the next deal.
You live and learn.
But the video I made at the time is not true, so it should not be posted as a success story.
I know others were put under the same pressure for video testimonials for deals that never actually materialised.
They put a microphone under my nose in front of his camera guy at an event, to speak about another deal I had an offer accepted on, that never got over the line, but was trying to take credit for it. That video better not surface on the internet either.
These deals were all co- sourced with Talking Houses, they take their 50% cut out of every deal, when they sell the deal on to their investors.
The reason the above deal never got over the line is because they couldn't sell it, so that video is another load of bull.
I had been on the course for a year, ok at the start, but then the student numbers started to rise rapidly to around the 200 mark, which made the calls repetitive, going over the same basic stuff again and again for the new students.
Seemed like they were piling in as many people as they could hook, paying 3k, sometimes 5k per person to get onto the course.
A third of those never made it past the first few calls, out of the people that were left on the course, the average number on the calls were 30-40, and out of them 10-12 were actively trying, out of them only 5-6 people actually ever did a deal.
Using a video of me and others to advertise that this course will change your life and you'll make 10k month as a minimum, it’s not true.
The main driver isn't even a property expert, He's a Tiktokker that gave up being an accountant and started buying properties through Talking Houses, then bought into the company and is now a director in what was originally not his company, and it looks like the tail is wagging the dog now as they bowl from strange strategy, to strategy with the course.
Last June, they sent one of their VAs to inform anyone on the course coming up on a years membership, that they need to leave or pay another £2500 to stay on the course.
Needless to say I didn't have any further interest in the course as I had out grown out of it months ago,
What I had a problem with was, I was 2 weeks into a 1 month trial, where I would send him deals in the North East and if he could secure them, I would get £500 for my troubles. Not a bad deal for him either as he would pocket £7000 - £7500 per deal !!!
We had just secured the first deal the week before, them pocketing £7500 but they wanted another £2500 to stay on the course.
In short, I paid 3k for the course made £3,500 over the course of the year ( including 3 month full time sourcing) Taking Houses made £10500 from me!!
They started getting push back as they dropped people out of the course without warning, as you can see in the reviews (there's loads of others who have not given their review yet)
They have since pivoted to making this course free to all for some strange reason, since trying to shake us down for another £2500k
I'm sure there will be self serving reply to this review below like the rest.
But I've got plenty more to share but I'm running out of characters here.
All you had to do is take my video down but you seem to think you can do what you like.
