Talking Houses is a fantastic place to find everything about being a professional property investor. There are brilliant classrooms led by Vijay, covering the nuts and bolts of every topic you could think of and more! There are also so many useful templates and other resources available to help you manage your processes. I am about to embark on week four of the training course, and just I can't get enough of it, with engaging and topical subjects in every lesson.
There is also access to a great community of likeminded people on their property journey's, where you can post your questions, gain support and further build your knowledge and confidence.
Talking Houses really are the best! Keep up the great work.

This course has given me a very in depth insight into the whole process of property investing from a total beginner to professional property investor. There is a lot of information to take in and process, and of course to then put into practice, but there is also a free community to help you share your experience and get advice along the way from the Talking Houses team as well as other property investors. 10/10

I have followed Vijay for a little while now, seeing his journey progress. The team is great, I have not long started the training but enjoying the foundations so far. There is much to learn, and I am sinking my teeth into this daily. Great start so far, well done Vijay, on some of the honest tones and great advise you are offering.

I had absolutely devastating experience with The Person who advertised and brought me to this so called “property course “ as he took my money by lying and promising me to get my first BRRR done

But he took my money saying transfer it today although I was hesitant to transfer but somehow I trusted and he broke my trust

I ask Sing to return my money back which is £3k
That’s all I ask
My money back and I don’t ask anything else

The training package from the team at Talking Houses has been immensely useful. It’s very detailed, covering the basics of property investment thoroughly. After all, success is built on the basics, and I can’t recommend it enough. Anyone looking to start their journey in property would be well advised to follow the training and learn how to structure themselves for success.

A really well presented and comprehensive course on how to get started in property.

Vijay breaks everything down into simple step by step processes, which makes it easy to understand and it is released on a weekly basis, to ensure you fully understand each element of the course.

I’ve found the course so far really helpful and informative. I love the breakdown of each of the steps making it less overwhelming and the format of video, transcript and resources allows me to take in as much information as possible and encourages me to implement it.

I’ve undertaken the Talking Houses learning platform through their free offer and it is really helpful. I like the breakdown of units by each week and that they are locked to prevent you from rushing ahead. The videos are good, with the transcript included and the checklist at the end helps reflect on each unit.
What I would say is not everyone uses Google and the current format requires you to set up a google account to make a copy of the docs used. Perhaps Talking Houses can create a Microsoft version as well as the Google version? Just a thought, as it is not hugely significant.

The platform also encourages community for support and encouragement which is nice.

Information is helpful - I’m doing this review after week 3 where future units are currently locked but you could introduce some live examples in the presentation (forgive me if they do come a bit later).
