Fabulous service, super helpful with everything and the chair is perfect!! I don't often give a 5 stars rating (because I figure there's always room for improvement), but Ben at Tall Black Chair totally deserves it!

I bought this product for a friend. Firstly, the company came back to me with a draft inside the 48hrs threshold (in less than 24h exactly, exceeding expectations). Secondly, the product is a good manufacture and has really good quality print. Last but not least, it was delivered one day before the expected delivery, which was perfect for me!

Of course, my friend loved the product!!

The chair was very good but very basic and as it came from Thailand, I thought the price was very high.
Communication with the company was excellent and the delivery incredibly quick. Overall I was very satisfied with everything but the price which I feel was just too high.

After placing my order, I had somebody in contact with me the next day regarding the customisation of my preferred chair. He was very helpful and listened to everything that I had asked for. When completed, he kept me up to date on when it would be posted and I than received my chair a day later. It was everything I had asked for and ordered. Would definitely recommend!

I loved the chair. It's pretty easy to put up. A little fiddly with some pieces to out together which means as a freelancer I have some set up to for the chair to transport it around. Not super ideal, but the chair is comfy for clients so yay.
