Great service. Fast and efficient

After a series of emails with Ben who was happy to explain the process to me and after receiving the chair, it is exactly what I wanted and I'll definitely be working with them again. Could not be happier.

I contacted Tall Black Chair by email to check on the delivery of my order. Phoebe responded straight away and her estimated delivery date was spot on. Had previously ordered a similar item on EBay which I still hadn’t received 1 month after placing the order. My Tall Black Chair order arrived within 1 week. Great Service & speedy delivery. The chair was delivered on a weekend 4 days after order was placed during the middle of December. Easy to assemble, looks great, comfortable to sit in and the perfect height for any Makeup Artist.

Fast and high quality

Reasonably priced, super fast delivery, good product. Saw product at Imats in Sydney.
Chair was a birthday surprise for my daughter who accepted the delivery, unfortunately the detail on the packaging stating very obviously the product name and picture meant it was no longer a surprise.

I really appreciated the fact that Ben was so helpful in letting me know details about the difficulties in printing some parts of my design - he showed a genuine concern towards making sure the chair was made completely to my satisfaction, and he also ensured that the chair was delivered to me efficiently (about 1 business day after printing). The chair was easy to put together, very stable, easily portable, and the design was exactly what we had agreed on - the logo had also been stuck on very well, it showed no signs of peeling whatsoever. Overall a really professional experience and I am looking forward to purchasing another chair in the future!

The chairs were delivered promptly and used for a big seminar this weekend.
