Always had great and personal service from Tall Order. Even had a hand written thank you note from Bas Keep in one package. Stickers and stuff always thrown in, plus various other freebies like socks, tees etc depending what you spend.

I purchased a BMX from Tall Order. Delivery was next day and free. The bike was stunning with 100% 4130 all through the frame, forks, 3 piece cranks and handlebars. There was paint damage to the original bike - most probably through transit but TA replaced the entire bike free and they sent an upgrade bike which was immaculate. Hoodie was thrown in free too. I am old school and needed a front brake so me and TA went through some stuff to get this done. They sent a hollow pre-tensioner, again free but I had problems setting it up. I eventually returned the bike which they sent the bike box free, and picked it up free too. They gave a 100% refund which I most likely didn't deserve as I changed the wheels and caused paint damage when doing so. They are brilliant with orders, with queries and no hassle when issues arise. I'm going back and I would 100% recommend them for their bikes, their sales and aftersales service. Way, way above average.
