Had accident on bike and quite a lot of damage. On talking with Ruby at Tamobyke, they were very responsive and concerned not only about the bike, but the rider as well. They agreed to replace the entire bike to ensure "hidden" faults would not be discovered down the line. Very impressed with their service.

It was an amazing bike. I bought the t72 pro and it the best. I got it off amazon. It goes 33.1 mph. I don't know the milage yet(haven't tested it). The back suspension can be adjusted to be soft. The front suspension is fine, but could be better. Otherwise it is an amazing bike and you should buy it.

I ordered 2 Tamobyke ebikes in Oct. They arrived on time and in good condition.

Had one issue with the kickstand and it was resolved in a super fast fashion. Very happy with their customer service.

The ebikes are working great so far and fun to ride.

As a business, I will do business with Tmobykesport.com again and I highly recommend them.

It would be 5 stars, but when the bike is shipped, both tires are completely flat. The rear tire was popped outside the wheel. This meant I had to turn the bike upside down to get the tire inside the wheel and fill the tire to prevent it from popping out of the wheel. All the other bikes I have purchased fill the tires to prevent this issue and to make assembly easier. Other than that, great bike with a great price.

Fantastic bike and price so far so good cant believe you can get everything and delivery for that price just beware that communication is not so good as said bike was out of stock and will send when in stock in a weeks time so waited the week and they emailed bike will be sent in next three days 20 minutes later it arrives by courier so overall very very happy and now my mates are going to order same bike v29 pro

Bought this V29 Pro bike for my tall 13 yr old boy, 6'3" tall. He loves it. We had a couple of scratches on the back rim and they gave us $100 and a new rim. They don't speak good english but we were able to communicate and get things resolved. They do try. It's really a good bike for the money. It's not high tech but it works well. Good power, two batteries, nice display, good lights and brakes. Overall, we are very satisfied.

I loveeee the bike, Will buy again soon. 😊

One fall of the bike and the forks got bent a little.

E-bike arrived pretty quickly but unfortunately came with defective wheel bearings. Currently waiting on a response from the warranty dept. Other than that, it's a super cool bike and seems really solid and well made.

Tires showed up flat but the company made it right and sent me out new tubes. The rest of the bike seems well built and it runs really well around my neighborhood.

Great for commuters, and for teenagers battery lasts a couple days decent speed

I order a tb 20 a 4 months ago and bike is good it all cost and functions but I got a problem my main wire was cut off and wen I went to bike repair they told me 300$ to fix it. I try to text Tamobyke support and after 3 days of texting them they give my case to AMZ and they say (Thank you for reaching out to us, and we’re very sorry to hear about the issue with your TB20 e-bike.
After reviewing the photos you sent, it appears that the problem is caused by a faulty main cable. To resolve this, we will be sending you a new main cable as a replacement. Once it is installed, it should fix the issue.
We will let you know the tracking number as soon as the replacement part has been shipped.

After 2 days I got the wire for free and it fix my problem . The only problem with Tamobyke was time to get answer. I recommend this product and tamobike cares about there customers after long time.

Hello, I purchased a t63 Tamobyke from Amazon. The bike is solid and the large comfortable seat make it a fun and comfortable ride. After a couple months i had an issue with the pedal. I called customer service and they were very friendly and eager to help troubleshoot my problem. I sent pictures and my order number and the sent replacement parts. I was not able to make repairs because i didn’t have the proper tools. They said they could send the tools or I could take to a bike shop and they would reimburse me. So I took to a local bike shop and after bike was repaired I emailed my receipt the next day I received my reimbursement! They are a great company and provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company and the products they sell. Thanks for all your help!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND

I received my V20 Pro very quickly and assembly was pretty smooth. I watched a couple of You Tube videos and didn't have any issues... except for the tires. Tires were not inflated and I had trouble keeping the tire on the rim while inflating. I took the front tire by my local tire store and he showed me the trick. It would have been extremely easy assembly without that issue.
So I still have not rode my bike as of this post. Construction of bike looks really good and solid... really impressed so far. Hope to get the wheels on this weekend and take her for a spin.

So thus company has gone over beyond what I could've expected the bike is great for starters but nothing could top the customer service of tamobyke the are great and willing to help with just about and problem they are amazing
