Poor service
Ordered items on 29 Feb and heard nothing from the company and didn't receive my order. Emailed company on 11th March no response for 2 days. Contacted them on their landline no answer. Messaged them on the whatsapp number no reply. Husband manged to contact on a mobile number to be told they had already spoken to me to discuss why the delivery was late due to items being out of stock. I have not received any contact from the company. Tracking number sent to us advising we will get parcel. Tracking details show delivery company haven't received parcel since 1 March. Multiple messages sent to ask for update. Finally I contacted PayPal to start a refund. Not happy with the service of this company

Great experience
Interesting items in stock, I bought cardamon coffee (that I fell in love with in Jordan), different flavours of dates in chocolate stuffed with almonds (I bought similar in Dubai), dark chocolates and those beautiful arabic sweets in boxes as gifts. Everything arrived quickly and in priscine condition. Great price to quality ratio, I was very pleasently surprised. Thank you :)
