Ordered and expected a delivery, messaged numerous times and did not reply. Then all of a sudden I got an email saying it had been refunded. Waste of time! Don’t bother! Buy elsewhere.

The OFF Baklawa had missing pieces and was…

Disgrace and Disgusting. The Baklawa box had missing pieces and was off with an AWFUL smell and taste. I am not going to touch or consume the products you sent me and need my full refund but you are not replying to my emails.

Might just be a scam

No confirmation email for my order, and a month and a half later I have received nothing. Tried to log in to see what was going on, and it says my password is wrong. Tried the lost password function and I receive no password reset email. I'll just get the bank to reverse the charges on my card because this is probably a scam web site.

The worst website

We placed our order (#5494) and still haven’t received it so we decided to call the number provided on the website and were told that the money is still pending. I called my bank to enquire about this issue and I was told that the money is not still pending but that it had in fact been taken out of my account. Upon calling the number provided on their website for a second time, we were told that we would not be receiving the order and then we saw that the order status had been changed to ‘cancelled’! I did not receive a confirmation email for my order but I did take screenshots for proof and I will be pursuing this matter legally. I feel that they choose how to treat you depending on where you are from. “Customer service” is beyond awful, 1 star is too much for this “company” and we will never be using this website again!

Didn't receive any confirmation email…

Didn't receive any confirmation email for my order (and have checked spam folder). As I was concerned something may have gone wrong with the order, I reached out directly to the company over email and never received a response.

The order did actually arrive in quite good time, but there was an item missing. It was manually crossed off the inventory list that was received in the order. Again, I was not told of this and given that emails do not seem to be responded to by the company, there doesn't seem to be much point getting in touch with them and thankfully the missing item was also the lowest value item on the order.

Would have been 1* for the terrible communication and missing item, but most of the order did actually arrive. Despite that, wouldn't order again as there seems to be no communication from the company.

Placed my order in 6th April

Placed my order in 6th April, still haven't received it on 17th April. Customer service doesn't seem be bothered, no one replies to my emails. This was my first time ordering from Tamrah and most likely my last time.
