This is an unprompted review. I have been aware of poor reviews of Temu and have avoided shopping here until recently.
The website is user-friendly, the items are very well priced and users are kept very well informed. Delivery times are variable but if there is no rush the prices are very attractive.
If an item does not appear as in the picture I have had no trouble returning items for a full refund and at times have not even had to return the item.
Temu does have aggressive offers and I have read these are rather involved so I merely ignore these.
My experience has been so good recently that I have felt compelled to write this review as I feel a lot of customers have been put off by previous reviews.

People stay away from this company. You have no protection if your order don't arrive to your home. There Customer service is a real joke. I ordered a fire place screen ($104.97) and it never came. They even sent me a picture of delivery, BUT, the screen don't even show in the picture. Now they will not help me, so I am out the money. Do not believe there warranty. Remember, buyer beware.

Let’s not even talk about the products they sell… Let’s talk about the delivery company that they utilize!

Tamu blames it on shipping company they use-not Fed-x or UPS-but some low rated lying SOB company-
Long story short, neither party will pay for the damage to my property… assuring me, the driver’s vehicle was checked out and does not leak oil, but will not provide me with the vehicle inspection… Beware who comes on your property.

I Ordered from Temu several times and my sister orders from them and we've never had a problem. I do stick to the website because I have concerns about downloading the app. I've never received damaged goods. I've always received my goods in perfect condition, and they work fine.

I won't talk about the product quality because we all know is junk or use it one and throw away kinda products.
But company itself is a big scam.
They offer you free products when you buy. After you buy they tell you that in oder to get free items you need to signed in for 30 days in your calendar. But if you don't buy anything else in 5 days the calendar go away so you never get your free offer. .
Keep keep resting your offer every time you buy but you never get it. They spammed you with so many emails.. text from free to 80% with promised to free or 1 cent items but you never get them..
Delivery is super . Items take forever to arrived.
No customer service at all. So many not.good.broken product..

Liars they say pick 5 items free
With free shipping.

When to check out and dollars starting down as tap it
Then its says 5 cents reffer 5 people to finish.

Ever time its keep saying 1 refferal I put 1 more go check again it says 1 more reffeal ever time you reffer some one.

They lie I put ten people and evertime you go to check out its keeps asking for another refferal you get never you free items Stay away from Temu nothing but scum bags liars and scam artests they be sued and banned from the United State's.

Do not purchase anything from tamu, low quality and high prices. Their pictures are deceptive. Lets stop allowing this company to rip us off.

I will like them to impruve in the area of giveing people the writh things thy ordad for. Arival of goods on time yes.

I keep getting watches since I brought in to a monthly . I attempted to stop the flow , they claim they are only agent and my contract for the watches were actually from another company. At least I get to gift my friends.

Merchandise are less expensive and provide more varieties to choose. Some of the merchdise are cheap stuffs and do not function as mentioned. Good things are they can be return/refunded. The price are very reasonable and I don’t care for further discount. The most annoying parts are the advertising and fake discounts /non-stop roulette draw that wastes a lot of my time when search for my goods. Hope Temu can improve.

Temu’s approach feels less like commerce and more like a digital bait-and-switch. It’s a deeply frustrating experience for anyone who values honesty, transparency, and quality.

Have bought many items with no issues and did buy one pair of boots that I rerturned and got a larger size, no issues there. But I bought a hand herld welder and some rods for it but only the rods showed up, so wither they were not sent as the receipt shows them blth on it or item was stolen. TAMU has refused to credit me the cost of the hand held welder I paid for, but did not get. I have tried to get reimbursement for what I am out now, over a dozen times, but as yet have not been credited for item I paid for and did not get. Be careful or you may get shorted and loose money too. Date of this about 3/25/24 Forgot about doing this, approx date.

I have bought a few things from the site always received my orders. This time when I ordered it was about $50 a the checkout with so called discounts. I payed through a 3rd party for security, when I received notification the payment had doubled to over $100. My fault was in a hurry and didn't double check amount before processing payment.
NO MORE TAMU for me. Be careful the checkout price may well be different to what you actually pay.

My first time ordering from Tamu and my experience was awesome! Although I had to wait 10 days for my order it did arrive 2 days before delivery date. I'm assuming because I live in Canada!
Just goes to show you can't always believe what u read...
I will totally order again and again....Thanx Tamu for a great online shopping experience!!

I have been buying items from this site for about 2 years and everything i have ordered from trainers, make up, blouses and gardening gadgets have been great. They cost very little so I do not expect designer articles. If i have any problems they are very helpful. I use Pay Pal so do not have any problems with account issues. If you want designer products pay designer prices.

The driver twice never called at time of delivery even though he had my phone #.
When I cancelled my orders it took6 hrs to get my visa credit!I will NEVER buy again!!!

Temu is the biggest fake thing out there.
If you buy ANYTHING from Temu and then get ripped off then just blame yourself and cry for a week and then do it no more, heart ache problems solved. Learn the lesson.

I didn't get my order. Showed delivery man on my street with gps didn't come to my door and no photo of parcel being delivered. Would not order again!!!!

I HAVE BOUGHT 2 PAIR OF MANS PANTS,FIT PERFECTLY 2 DRESSES ,VERY NICE 1 PAIR OF EARINGS, 12 PENS AND NOTE PADS ALL FINE,NO PROBLEM. in fact I ALSO ORDER THE MESH BAGS,THINKING I COULD USE THEM TO PUT THE NOTEPADS AND PENS IN AS A GIFT.THE MESH BAGS WERE TO SMALL,SO I CALLED THE COMPANY TO FIND OUT HOW TO RETURN THEM AND WAS TOLD TO JUST KEEP THEM & THEY ALSO CREDITED ME FOR THE PRICE OF THE MESH BAGS.

Worst company to deal with say they give you 100percent back when you order take your money don’t order rip off
