This company are scammers really and truly be careful they do not support the customer ive been useing tenu for sometime now and i have spent hundreds over the time allways asked for credit insted of refund i never had any problems untill now i think ive really been very patient but beteew them and evri ive been scamed for alot of money over 200 pound no one want to take fult for my missing parcels that was apparently delivered to my door letf on door step on a open street with lots of cars people dog walkers evri take a photo and saying because it was delivered and photo previded no one is taking fult and they have closed my case so i cant evern get any customer suport this is really bad and left me out of poket in credit card debt with no help please can anyone adivce what i can do to get back my money as im classed as a vanrable person with disabilities i dont really know what to do but i think i will get legal advice

Dear Trustpilot,
I have been buying clothes from Temu as a consumer for not a long period of time but I have purchased well above the average purchaser. What has annoyed me greatly is that for the first time they have given me free items. What annoyed me most was that the range for men's items was small and there was no space for size, colour or any indication at all and there was a strict time limit to purchase your items. You were under pressure. All of this tells me that both back and front offices do not operate optimally and could easily lose their best consumers and their items. I may certainly be one of them.

I can’t stop using it now it is brilliant.
Very cheap and good value.
Everything I bought was good with not one complaint from me.
Everything dose as it’s supposed to do and I got a grate deal on a halo smart watch and it was better than my iPhone smart watch.
I am just so shocked at how cheap things are.
Well worth a look, but do as tamu suggest ( only use there official App.
YOU WOULD BE SILLY IF YOU DID NOT LOOK.
