I went to the dentist only to get an…
I went to the dentist only to get an X-ray of one tooth, but they charged me for a full consultation even though the dentist didn’t examine me at all — they just took the X-ray. On top of that, the X-ray wasn’t even focused on the tooth I asked for.
A friend of mine who went to the same clinic received a link to download their X-ray, but I was told that wasn’t possible. Instead, they just took photos of the screen with my phone and gave me a poor-quality paper copy.
In the end, it cost me 469 DKK, even though an X-ray is supposed to be only 172 DKK. I’m giving 2 stars because the staff were friendly, but the experience was disappointing overall.

We are sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations.
The consultation covers the examination, the dentists assessment, and any procedures performed during the appointment, such as a X-rays. This means that a full consultation is charged even if the visit mainly involved takin an X-ray.
Regarding the X-ray file, for patient safety and data protection reasons, were not able to send image links.
