What an absolute pleasure to deal with the team, the front desk are kind and caring, even when dealing in English not being their native language. I’m a nervous patient, so even the toilets are peaceful and calm, when wiping the sweat off my forehead from pre - nerves.
I had some miscommunication in a quote and prognosis of a difficult tooth, due to my lack of Danish.
The practice manager Søren, took time from his busy schedule, to contact me personally, listened to my concern carefully, clearly detailed the situation to me, even with some humour, which defused he situation.
We can all be a little nervous at the dentist , so if you have any concerns, take a some time and get in touch with the team, so they can understand, learn from your experience and adapt where necessary.
A truly great resolve and learnings from both parties.
Really heartfelt congratulations to the team, may you continue to constantly improve and grow your customer base.
Even the nervous ones.

A positive and good experience
There is a pleasant waiting area and I received a warm welcome. Time was taken to do the check-up and also to give advice. I did not feel rushed and felt well cared for.
