Resoolved- Order not delivered and late customer service answer
Is this company bankrupt? Order since 18th Dec, never been delivered. I wrote to customer service, no reaction. I called the phone number, nobody pick up. Be aware!! Review after customer service intervention: communication re-started, and order have been delivered. Hence I will review the overall rating to 3 stars due to December incident.

The toothpaste I ordered arrived quickly. I think it only took two days. The toothpaste itself was a whitening one that was super minty. But it wasn’t too spicy at all and the taste isn’t bad at all. The packaging is also super put together and nice.

On the one hand, easy ordering process and quick delivery. BUT I got one wrong product which is a bit annoying because it’s not worth the hassle to return or exchange. So at the end I was didappointed.

I first discovered this store through…
I first discovered this store through Bol.com and had a great experience with my orders. Everything was delivered on time, and I was very happy with the quality of their service.
Because of this positive experience, I decided to order directly from their website. Unfortunately, this time I faced an issue with the delivery. According to PostNL, my package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. While I understand that such issues can happen, it was still disappointing.
That being said, my overall experience with this company has been good, and I hope they can assist me in resolving this issue. I would still recommend them for their great products and previous reliability.
