Avoid this business like the fire from hell. Their customer service is non existent. I had incorrect product sent to me and they didn't even bother acknowledging any of the emails I've sent about it ( total of 6 emails sent to them ) others who mentioned they don't care once they have your money are 100 correct. I will not only be taking my business elsewhere but will go out of my way to tell as many people as possible to avoid them . Not worth any penny I spent. I would rather hear an answer from saying they cannot exchange it than to be ignored all together. Poor poor practice

I have ordered 3 products from the website and initially only received 1. I have contacted the shop and after providing some photos of the packaging (although it wasn't damaged), they have shipped 2 missing products.
Good communication throughout, quick delivery and good value for money.
I will be using TanieKosmetyki again in the future.

I have ordered serum for lashes and brows. I have received out of date product. I have sent email with the product picture to show that is out of date once ive opened it. No one bothered to reply. When I was trying to write a complain I wasn't able as something went wrong (how weird?)

I have never received a refund for the damaged product. No response from the shop!

I spend about 60£ never received any single item nobody respond to my emails phone calls. WILL REPORT CRIME TO THE POLICE

I wanted to love this site because it's cute looking and I love Bially- Jelen products. Plus I would have been a constant customer. The problem is they sent me a cream that will expire in May, in two weeks now. I tried calling and I emailed them 4 times with pictures of the product and the expirey date ( which was printed large and clear). I got no answer nothing. I did consider the crisis that is going on, but if I ordered today I'm sure they would take my payment and send it out.

1 Star is too much for this company, if I could give 0 I would. First of all, I ordered 5 creams from them for the first time and they sent me fake items. None of the creams were even sealed and did not have any clear film around the box like they usually come when I’ve bought them from other websites. Tried contacting the company by emailing and no reply, send about 10 emails the past week. Messaged them on instagram a few times and guess what?? No reply. Stay away, they sell fake items and don’t even reply to you.
