I've been using Tanki for well over 12 months and love the product. Better for the environment and our septic tank, plus we pretty much receive our delivery the next day or two after placing the order. We have ordered Tanki loo rolls several times. We like the product, and think it comparable to regular loo rolls. Delivery has usually been smooth and on the one occasion there was a problem, it was sorted out efficiently. It is good to see a company addressing the need to reduce unnecessary use of plastic whilst still providing a good product.

Having heard about Tanki a couple of years ago, we have been using it ever since. Our septic tank has been running like a dream, unlike previously when we had blockages - especially after visitors unused to the system. Tanki are also based in our county, so even more reason to support them. Brilliant service and product, long may they continue.

I have been buying tanki toilet rolls for a few years now because we have a septic tank and a caravan, they are brilliant and very economical.
We recently had a small problem with delivery but that was rectified very quickly and professionally by the customer service team at tanki Ltd.

We still haven’t received our delivery 🚚 we don’t know what else we can do ,we’ve never had this problem with any other delivery , we’ve never received any cards to say they were unable to deliver ,so can only assume they’ve never been here , we are retired and have been in the house each time they’ve “allegedly “ attempted delivery,it can be left in our shed , please sort this .

Everything in paper bags. No plastic! Apart from glass jars and tins of course, which is fine. Also like that I can order small amounts as required.
